How do I order from Budgettrophy?

Once you have checked all the options, place the product in your shopping cart via the green button. You can then click on "checkout" in the basket to complete your order.

I cannot place a product in my shopping cart. How can this be done?

Probably not all mandatory options are ticked. Mandatory fields are, for example, colour, height and image. Also, for a trophy where only one size is available, the height must be ticked.

Can I adjust my order?

This depends on the status of your order. If your order has already been processed, we can no longer change anything. If you discover that you have made a mistake, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. They can inform you whether the changes can still be made.

Can I cancel my order?

This depends on the status of your order. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately we can no longer cancel it.

Was my order successful?

Once we have received your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. It can sometimes happen that the order confirmation ends up in your junk mail. Is it not there? Please contact our customer service, so they can help you further.

How do I know the status of my order?

Once you have received the confirmation e-mail, your order has been processed. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing a track & trace code for your order. You can find the status of the shipment via this link.

How do I know I am shopping safely?

Budgettrophy uses a secure internet environment. Your transaction details are sent encrypted via an SSL connection. You will recognise a secure SSL connection by the lock in your browser.
