Can I add a personal text to the product?

Yes, you can. This does depend on the type of product. See the options per product category below:

Trophies
A plate with black text can be placed on the base of the trophy.

Medals
A text label in the colour of the medal with black text is placed on the back of the medal. With each medal, you can see an image of this as an example.

Glass awards
If you wish to place text in addition to the image to be placed on the glass, you can specify this with the article.

Silver trays
If, in addition to the image to be placed on the plate, you would also like to place text, you can provide this with the article.

Rosettes
It is not possible to add text to rosettes.

When will I receive a proof?

You will receive a proof if you have ordered a personalised glass award, silver tray or plate. You will receive a digital proof within 24 hours of ordering. Only after approval of this proof will the order be produced and sent. So the sooner you respond, the sooner you will receive the product.

How is the text placed on a trophy?

This is done by means of a plaque mounted on the base of the trophy. The colour of the plate is gold, silver or bronze. This depends on the colour of the trophy. The specified text will be centred and in Arial bold font on the plate as standard.

Will delivery of my order take longer when ordering my own text or image?

No, if you have ordered your own text or image, the order will be shipped the next working day.

PLEASE NOTE: Have you ordered a glass stand, tray or plate with your own image? Then you will first receive a digital proof for approval. After your approval, the order will be processed and sent.

How is the text placed on medal?

What is an "image" I can choose with my product?

An image is attached to the sports award. It is placed where a round cutout can be seen on the sports award. We offer two options for an image, namely:An image is attached to the sports award.   1. Standard image: these are images that we offer for free. For example, these are images of various sports. The images come in the colour of the sports award on the product.
  2. Custom design: if you choose this option, you can upload your own image. This can be a logo or a photo. Read on below for more information on this.
What is a custom design and how does it appear on the product?

This is an image you can upload yourself that will be placed on a product. This can be a logo or a photo, for example. The image is printed in full colour on a white background. This is then mounted on the sports award. So if you supply a logo without a background, the background will automatically be white. A logo with background colour or a photo will appear in full colour on the sports award.

How thick is the ribbon attached to the medal?

For small medals, a 10mm wide ribbon will be attached. For medium and large medals, a 22mm wide ribbon is attached.

An image is suitable if it is submitted in one of the following file formats: jpg, jpeg, pdf, png, gif, ai, eps and cdr. In addition, the image should have the highest possible resolution.

PLEASE NOTE: engraving/laser technology involves processing an image in black and white, as it were. It is therefore not possible to laser an image. A logo or image gives the best results.

An image is suitable if it is supplied in one of the following file formats: jpg, jpeg, pdf, png, gif, ai, eps and cdr. In addition, the image should have the highest possible resolution. The image or photo is printed in colour on the glass.
