What if I have paid but have not yet received an order confirmation?

It can sometimes happen that the order confirmation ends up in your junk mail. Is it not there? Please contact our customer service, so they can help you further.

I have received a discount code. How do I use it?

In the shopping cart, you can enter a discount code by clicking on "Apply discount code". In addition, the discount code can also be entered in the checkout. If it is a valid discount code, you will see that the total amount will be adjusted.

How can I receive a business invoice?

If you choose business when ordering, you will receive a business invoice immediately after shipping your order. By entering a VAT number, if applicable in your situation, no VAT will be charged.

Can I order by invoice?

It is not possible to order on account. 

Does Budgettrophy have a secure payment area?

Budgettrophy uses a secure internet environment. Your transaction details are sent encrypted via an SSL connection. You will recognise a secure SSL connection by the lock in your browser.
